• Position Filled - Client Service Manager, New York

    The Client Service Manager is responsible for managing and
    developing existing client relationships, providing exceptional service to
    retain and gather additional assets.  As
    a web-based service with clients geographically dispersed, the role will
    involve primarily telephone and email interaction with clients.

    This is our first client services hire. 
    We are seeking candidates who have previously built great customer
    service organizations within any industry sector and who are excited by the
    opportunity of building a such an organization from the ground up.

    Key
    Responsibilities:

    • Account
      Management – own and build client relationships to deliver exceptional customer
      service and retain existing assets; includes:

                  - new
    client orientation - online account demo and overview of appropriate models

            - managing
    inbound client requests and queries

            - understanding
    clients’ evolving needs and circumstances

            - monitoring
    performance of client subscriptions and model strategies

    •  Asset
      Gathering – build relationship with existing clients to win additional assets
      including:

            - proactive
    outreach to existing clients to increase assets under management

            - updating
    clients of other models of interest

    •  Client
      Service Processes – assume ownership for development of scalable processes to:

            - facilitate
    consistent levels of service excellence

            - deliver
    a structured approach to account management and asset gathering

     Job Specific

    • 5+ years of client service / relationship management
    • Consultative (i.e. complex product) support experience
    • Excellent
      verbal and written communication
    • Ability
      to exhibit empathy when dealing with others
    • Prior
      experience developing structured processes to deliver a scalable first class
      client service experience

     Generic

    • Planning and project management skills
    • Excellent PC skills including Excel
    • Rigorous and detail oriented
    • Self confidence / gravitas
    • Drive and enthusiasm

     Desirable

    • Knowledge of investment products
