Covestor model manager Carter LeCraw of American Values Investments was recently a guest on the radio show at HealthyLife.net’s News @ 7. In the interview embedded below (hit the play button to listen), Carter discusses his firm’s values-based investing approach, which drives Covestor's American Heroes model. Most social-investing companies simply exclude companies who engage in negative practices. Carter's firm takes social investing in a different direction, searching for companies that exhibit the best of American values. He discusses Cass Information Systems (NASDAQ: CASS), J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: JBHT), and Mid-America Apartment (NYSE: MAA).
