Today we have put live new Flash driven charts, which you will see on all member's fact sheets.
As well as being faster than the old charts - the new ones allow users to select the time period they are interested in, and to view the actual data points as you roll over the chart.
We know how popular comparing performance is between members. Let us know if there are further areas you would like to see the charts improve.
Big plaudits to the Covestor Operations team, who worked late through Labor Day to successfully migrate our website to new servers. We needed to increase capacity, given growing demand, and everything went remarkably smoothly.
Whilst the internet is propagating our new IP address around the world, there is a small chance that you may need to click on a confirmation message in your browser before logging in. This message relates to our Verisign Certificate which proves who owns the website. The reason for the message is our certificate is for www.covestor.com and the site is temporarily running on www3.covestor.com.
We would love any comments on how you are finding the reliability and speed of the site as the ops guys never get enough credit (marketing takes it all...)
In our drive to support members trading around the globe we have added support for all stocks on 22 further exchanges, beyond the US and UK. This means that individuals trading locally in any of these markets are able to join Covestor and build a verified performance record, and any international trades made from US brokers in these localities will now be seamlessly integrated in your account.
A number of US brokerages, such as E*Trade, are rapidly expanding the markets open to personal investors and we want Covestor to be a global marketplace for investors to find and tap into the knowledge of their best local counterparts. We have already recieved applications from over 40 countries around the world. We now also support stocks listed in:
